Recap of the Eneon Meet in Geneva

Mathieu Clairet . 4 weeks

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of gathering digital professionals in Geneva for a new edition of the Eneon Meet. This day, dedicated to digital innovations and strategies, allowed participants to explore practical methodologies, hear experience-based insights, and discover tomorrow’s major trends. Here’s an overview.

It all starts with a story…

The day began with a presentation by Nicolas Degrave, CXO and Partner at Eneon, who introduced the NPE methodology. He demonstrated how a user-centered approach aligns digital assets seamlessly with business objectives. Through inspiring examples, he illustrated the power of storytelling to transform digital strategies.

We then explored a real-life application of the NPE methodology with the Belgian Football Association. This presentation offered a unique glimpse into the challenges faced in the sports industry and the digital solutions deployed to overcome them.

Alexandre De Saedeleer, Chief Innovation Officer and Partner at Eneon, then highlighted the importance of refocusing priorities to meet user expectations.

To maximize the impact of the digital ecosystem, a shift back to fundamentals is essential. This involves revisiting the core purpose of the platform or digital tools and redefining what truly matters to users while staying aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Generative AI: demystification and experience sharing

Generative AI took center stage, with experience-sharing on its implementation in recent projects. Among the notable examples, a use case for AS Monaco illustrated concrete applications of this emerging technology.

Stéphanie Ravon from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) also enriched this session with her experience on generative AI adoption during the Paris Olympics. For this event, the IOC launched the Athlete365 initiative, designed to support athletes in their sports journeys, both on and off the field – an ambitious challenge that demonstrates the impact of AI in supporting athletes.

This was followed by a lively discussion between Jérôme Lorido, Head of Client Solutions at Audemars Piguet, and Nicolas Degrave on how a design system can revolutionize team collaboration and ensure consistency across digital products, regardless of the systems used. Through the Audemars Piguet case, Jérôme shared valuable insights into the tangible benefits of a well-structured design system.
